Pam Warhurst: How we can eat our landscapes | Video on

I am always a fan of TED talks, and this one doesn’t disappoint. Pam Warhurst is a wonderfully energetic and entertaining woman who took her city into her own hands and started vegetable gardens without approvals or permits because it was what the city needed, and eventually built it into a training program for local students on agriculture. Check out where some of these vegetable gardens are: the one in the cemetery gave me quite a laugh.
